Felix Felicis: What if this year you were given lucky juice?

Yep, we made it — give yourself a clap.
I just want to say how grateful I am that you're here. As I started the year with seven days away from my usual muggle (corporate) job, I nearly limped into this new working year — dragging and screaming — but the thought of this community completely reset me. Gratitude and joy, restored. Thank you.
During that reset, a small perspective shift landed:
What if this year I were given a dose of Felix Felicis—lucky juice—and simply let intuition lead the way?
(Yes, a Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince reference.) The kind where things don't always make logical sense, but you trust the nudge anyway.

So now I'm imagining every glass of water I drink is infused with lucky juice.
There's research* suggesting water responds to intention and emotion — that when it's blessed or spoken to, its structure can change. Whether science, symbolism, or story, I'm in.
Science also tells us that placebos are powerful. So this year, I'm choosing optimism, intuition, lucky juice — and walking into life as if I'm blessed, as if luck is guiding me. It helped me powerfully reshape the dynamics at work this week, so I'm sharing it with you in the hope it helps you too.
And that brings me to something else I'd love to share (especially given the state of crazy in the world right now) - I hope this helps bring some ease and calm…

The 1–2–1 format was especially helpful as I could receive immediate feedback. I felt safe, supported, and able to work at my own pace. The sessions pushed me physically, but not to the point of discomfort. Over the 3 sessions, there were some positions repeated, which I felt was helpful as I was able to push myself a little more, knowing more about what to expect and how to do the position correctly.
